The Management Week is a regular event of the Management School (ESGT) of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, dedicated to the dissemination and transfer of knowledge. Its main objective is to foster interaction between the academic community and the business and institutional world, as well as with the community in general.

The XVII Management Week will have as its central theme "Leadership, Innovation and Sustainability", bringing together panels that reflect the various areas of intervention and the mission of ESGT. This edition aims to stimulate debate on the interconnection between these three dimensions, which are often discussed independently. Its articulation, however, proves to be essential for the resilience and evolution facing the increasingly challenging and uncertain social and economic contexts.

The current European and global scenario, marked by conflicts and instability, requires effective short and long-term responses from companies and institutions. Thus, it becomes crucial to discuss the development of leadership skills, the reinforcement of innovation, and the adoption of sustainable practices as critical factors of organizational success.

With this event, we intend to provide students, teachers and the community in general with contact with diversified approaches on fundamental topics for the future of society and organizations.

We call for the active participation of the entire academic community and invite professionals and interested parties from the community in general to join us in this space for reflection, debate and fraternization, contributing to the development of the region and the country.
