Seminar

The Management Week is a regular event of the Management School (ESGT) of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, dedicated to the dissemination and transfer of knowledge. Its main objective is to foster interaction between the academic community and the business and institutional world, as well as with the community in general.

The XVIII Management Week will have as its central theme "HumanTech & Criatividade", bringing together panels that reflect the various areas of intervention and the mission of ESGT.

This edition aims to stimulate reflection and debate on the relationship between technology, creativity and the human dimension, three fundamental pillars for the transformation of organisations and contemporary society.

In a context marked by rapid technological evolution, the digitisation of processes and the emergence of artificial intelligence, it is essential to understand how technology can enhance - rather than replace, human creativity, promoting new ways of thinking, innovating and leading. The balanced integration of human capabilities, creative thinking and technological solutions is therefore a determining factor for the sustainable and competitive development of organisations.

In this sense, Management Week aims to promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences between academia, businesses and civil society, providing students, teachers and the community in general with contact with different perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that emerge from the interaction between people, technology and creativity.

We call for the active participation of the entire academic community and invite professionals and interested parties from the community at large to join us in this space for reflection, debate and sharing, contributing to the construction of more innovative, humane and future-ready organisations.
